Refund policy

How to return the product
We will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 15 days of your invoice date. No refunds will be given for returns made 15 days after the invoice. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

If we process an order incorrectly or send an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace it or take it back for a full refund at our expense.

To start a return, please contact us at info@integofilm.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will also issue you a return shipping label for incorrect or damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
All returned merchandise should be in resalable condition before credit is issued. If the item is not packaged correctly, damaged in shipping, or in any state other than the original way, we don't accept the return and cannot issue a refund. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
