Shipping Policy
Where do we ship?
We ship to most Canada, USA, and Mexico locations except P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Once your order is confirmed, it will take a few business days to process and ship. You will receive an email with an order and shipping confirmation.
Shipping is generally done by Canada Post Xpresspost International Service or UPS, with tracking and insurance for the total value of your order. The delivery standard is 5–10 days.
Shipping and delivery times are estimated and can not be guaranteed. We remain committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Any shipment marked as delivered by the courier is considered a successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders beyond this point.
Changing or cancelling your order
You can contact us for assistance to cancel your order. We will attempt to contact the warehouse; however, the cancellation will not be guaranteed. Your credit card will not be charged if your order is cancelled.
Customs and Duties
Regular custom duties may be imposed on the USA and Mexico-bound purchases.
Customs duties are the responsibility of the receiving party. Please check with your country's customs office for tariffs and import laws before placing an order. We are not able to provide an estimated cost.
Undeliverable orders
we will have the order returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the product's price plus taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Receiving damaged merchandise
If you see possible damage, DO NOT open the package. Please get in touch with us for a return as soon as possible.
